The Woodstock Nordic Center offers 10 km of meadow skiing in the town of Woodstock, VT at the golf course behind the Woodstock Inn & Resort, 20 km of woodland trails at Mt. Peg and 30 km of trails on Mt. Tom on old carriage roads in the midst of Vermont's first tree farm and Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park site. The center has rental equipment and lessons. The Woodstock Inn & Resort, which operates the touring center is a 142 room AAA four Diamond Resort in the heart of Woodstock. The town of Woodstock is the quintessential New England town with a wonderful collection of restaurants and shops.

The Nordic Center operation is open 7 days a week, from 9 AM – 4 PM (subject to change based on snow conditions). Trails on Mt. Tom in the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park will be left in their natural state for backcountry skiing and snowshoeing (no fee will be charged). The Nordic Center shop offers rental and retail ski and snowshoe equipment, as well as clothing. Both private and semi-private lessons are offered. Guests of The Woodstock Inn & Resort staying Sunday - Thursday, excluding holiday periods, receive complimentary trail fees Sunday - Friday.

Woodstock Inn & Resort has designed a series of winter adventure-themed vacation packages built around the Tubbs Snowshoes Adventure Center. From romantic to adventurous, the value-packed getaways are designed for an exhilarating way to experience the peace and tranquility of Woodstock in winter. The new Tubbs Snowshoes Adventure Center features expert-led tours, group teambuilding exercises, and family-friendly scavenger hunts. Certified Tubbs Snowshoes instructors and guides are on site at the Tubbs Snowshoes Adventure Center to lead tours for beginners to advanced outdoor explorers. They also offer snowshoe fittings for guests purchasing the latest Tubbs snowshoes from the on-site ski shop. Trail passes, rental equipment, and lessons are available.

Tubbs Snowshoes Adventure Center offers Woodstock Inn guests free access to the trails Sunday-Thursday. Trail fees for Friday, Saturday, or holidays are $22 for adults and there are lower fees for children and seniors. Tubbs Snowshoe rentals including poles are $25 for adults and $15 for children (6-17). Private lessons are $80 per hour per person and semi-private lessons are $50 per hour.

Enhanced experiences are also available, including special moonlight treks for dinner in the resort's cozy cabin in the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park. The Romance Excursion Package includes luxury accommodations for two nights, welcome gift basket, breakfast-in-bed one morning, breakfast at the Red Rooster Restaurant, four-course dinner for two at the Red Rooster Restaurant, guided snowshoe trek to a four-course chef's dinner at the Mt. Tom Cabin, Tubbs Snowshoe rentals, Nordic Center trail passes for two, and a horse-drawn sleigh ride at Billings Farm.

The Total Tranquility Package includes luxury accommodations for one night, welcome gift, one 50 minute massage per guest at The Spa (includes use of steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi), Tubbs Snowshoe rentals, and Nordic Center trail passes for two.
