in Val-Morin, Quebec has access to the largest xc ski trail network
in the Laurentians. The Parc Dufresne Val-David/Val-Morin is an official
regional park hosting more than 130 km of trails including classic,
skating, backcountry, and snowshoe. There are another 40 km of groomed
trails for classic and skate skiing on the Parc Lineaire ($). Access
to all of these trails is free to Far Hills Inn guests. Many of the
trails begin right at the inn's doorstep.
The
inn, which is only one hour north of Montreal has the elegance of a
country estate with the warmth of a Quebec inn. There are 65 guest rooms
and the estate is on 41 acres of pristine woodlands. Dining at the Roches
Fleuries dining room features fresh regional cuisine with a panaramic
view of the surrounding mountains. "Everyone loves chef Jean-Yves
Salou's cuisine." The renowned wine cellar at the inn has been
honored by the Wine Spectator Award for 4 consecutive years.
The
Far Hills Clubhouse has xc ski equipment rentals and a ski school with
certified ski instructors. There is also a restaurant in the lodge.

offers is priced at $570 per person in double occupancy plus applicable
taxes and it includes dinner, breakfast, and access to the trails. The
Fine Dining & Ski Getaway (2 nights) is priced at $238 per person
in double occupancy plus applicable taxes.The above packages inlcude

After a day of skiing you can relax with a drink in front of the fireplace
or use the sauna and heated indoor pool.
