Josselyn's Getaway Log Cabins (800-586-4507, 603-586-4507, www.josselyns.com in Jefferson, NH has 10 rustic log cabins nestled in the White Mountains in the shadow of Mt. Washington. These handcrafted log cabins are various sizes and include a kitchen or kitchenette, cookware, microwave oven, bed linens, shower, towels, TV, VCR, DVD, radio, and some have queen size beds. Adventure packed experience abounds in the region including snow sports, dog sledding, snowmobiling, golf, canoe/kayak or rafting, fishing, hiking, shopping, and guided tours. The different cabins are available in small, medium, or large sizes that can accommodate 1-3 guests, 3-8 guests, or 4-10 guests, respectively.

Prices vary between peak (holiday and high-demand weekends) and nonpeak periods (much of early December, midweek during January and February, all of March). The small cabins start at $75 per night or $450 a week off peak, while peak prices are $95 a night and $570 a week. The medium cabins are $110 a night off peak and $130 peak ($660/$780 a week for peak and nonpeak), and the large cabins start at $135 a night off peak and $155 peak ($810 and $930 a week).

Alpine ski areas in the region include Black, Wildcat, Cannon, and Attitash in NH and Sunday River in ME. Josselyn's also provides log home maintenance and repairs, as well as builds log furniture and log railings.
