Trailheads are located at both cabins and skiers can enjoy a picnic or cup of hot coco at a midtrail warming cabin. The trail is of moderate difficulty with numerous overlooks. Guests of CedarHurst Lodge have free access to the maintained and nearby 55 km Noquemanon Trail Network.

The two housekeeping cabins have full kitchen facilities, private sauna, stereo music system with Sirius satellite radio, and high speed Internet access. Televisions are not provided, smoking is only allowed on the porches, and pets are allowed. The lodge has 3 bedrooms with a loft, 2 full baths and a 1,000 square foot great room. The River Cabin has two bedrooms with 1.5 baths and a fireplace.The CedarHurst Lodge has a total capacity of 16. Lodge rates are $255 per night Sun-Thur and $290 for Fri-Sat based on 6-person capacity. The River Cabin is $185 for Sun-Thur and $210 for Fri-Sat based on 4-person capacity. Additional adults are $25 each and children are $10 each. Special weekly rates apply.

Special weekend lodge packages feature gourmet meals prepared on site by a private chef and include a variety of seasonal excursions from dog sledding to kayaking tours. Year round activities beside xc skiing and snowshoeing include biking, hiking, birdwatching, canoeing, guided kayak tours, fishing, and hunting.

Only 20 miles to the east, Ishpeming, MI is home of the US Ski Hall of Fame and the Al Quaal Ski Area, which is the start of the Noquemanon Ski Marathon. Also nearby is alpine ski area Marquette Mountain. This land of pristine inland lakes is full of wonders such as an extensive list of waterfalls at www.marquette.org.
