The Crystal Lake Ski and Outdoor Center is a three-season outdoor facility that welcomes guests of 8 or more to stay for two nights in cabins or individuals can visit for  the day. Activities include various Low Ropes elements, a High Ropes Course with a Zip Line, a Rock Wall, hiking, fishing, and canoeing. The Crystal Lake Ski and Outdoor Center can also serve as a venue for events and retreats.

During the spring and fall, they host a few events including two service weekends to help transition the property and this upcoming year, they will hold the 2nd annual trail race with a choice of a 5k or 15 miler.

In the winter, the Crystal Lake Ski Center is in a snowbowl location that often has snow when the rest of the region is bare and the trail system is second to none. There's varied terrain to please beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers. This is a full service area with rentals, ski instruction, ski patrol, a spacious cafeteria with hot lunches sold in the ski shop area, and a cozy fireplace lounge. Crystal Lake is a friendly place with lots of "regulars" who are always happy to share tips on their favorite trails.

Trail fees on weekends or holidays are $18 for an adult, $12 for child under 13 or senior over 60 and free for those aged 75 or older. Half day rates start at 1 PM and are $15 for adults and $12 for child or senior. There are lower two-day rates and non-holiday weekday rates.
